When you use our contact form, we process the following data: name, email address, project type and your message.
Purpose: Responding to your inquiry and contacting you.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
Retention period: Until the inquiry is resolved, then a further 6 months for follow-up purposes, after which data is deleted.
Transmission: Messages are sent via Netcup SMTP (German provider (Netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany)). Data is not shared with third parties.
3. Google Analytics (GA4)
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Purpose: Analysis of website usage to improve our services.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Processing only occurs following your explicit consent via our cookie settings.
IP anonymisation: IP anonymisation is enabled. Your IP address is truncated before storage.

5. Hosting (Vercel)

When the website is accessed, server logs are automatically recorded, including IP address, timestamp, requested URL and browser information. This data is used to ensure operations and diagnose errors.

6. External Fonts (Fontshare)
This website loads the Boska typeface via Fontshare (api.fontshare.com), operated by Indian Type Foundry. When the font is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Fontshare's servers.
