Right of Withdrawal

This notice applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) who conclude a distance or off-premises contract (FAGG). No statutory right of withdrawal exists for entrepreneurs (B2B).

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

Exercising the Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email):

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early Expiry for Services

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point of withdrawal. For service contracts, the right of withdrawal expires early once we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and simultaneously acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract (§ 10 and § 18 FAGG).
